Terms and Conditions

The terms and condition apply to workshops, seminars and services of Christiane Waller, Gut Schenkelieck, Oberlieck 5, 52525 Heinsberg, hereinafter “contractor”. Terms and Conditions for trainings, seminars, education and further education, congresses, hereinafter “seminars”.

Reservation, booking and confirmation of registration

Reservations can be made by telephone, e-mail or via our website www.new-frame.de. We ask you to confirm your reservation in writing as soon as possible.
Binding reservation: if you decided to take part in one of our seminars, please register in writing. You may use the registration form. After registration you receive a bill that serves as confirmation of your registration.

To ensure a high quality of our programs the number of participants is limited for all our seminars. We recommend that you send your registration as early as possible since registrations will be considered in order of their arrival. If a given seminar is already fully booked for your desired date, we will inform you immediately.

Cancellation and rebooking

We reserve the right to change date and location of seminars or cancel seminars if less than four registration have been submitted or the trainer is ill. If a seminar is cancelled on our part we you will get a full refund of the fees you already payed. Apart from that you have no financial claims.
We reserve the right of changes of the program’s content, the course of the seminar or the location. In case of a change you will be informed. No claims can be asserted because of changes or postponement.
Registrations can be withdrawn or changed in writing. If the registration is withdrawn less than 14 days before the start of the seminar 50% of the participation fee will be issued. Withdrawals that come within four days before the start of the seminar or nonappearance result in us collecting the full fee. This also applies to individual coachings that are scheduled for two hours or more.

Liabilities, responsibilities

We do not assume liability for objects that are used in seminars. The participant takes full responsibility for the selection of seminars.
All courses and consulting are no kind of therapy. To take part in counseling/coaching a normal capacity, both physically and psychologically, is assumed. If a participant is expelled due to disturbance, fees will only be refunded for days that were not made demands for.

All participants have full responsibilities for themselves and their actions and are liable for damages caused by their part.

All documents may only be used for personal purposes. Copying documents and further use of documents needs our written consent. All rights reserved.

Booking of a room

If you desire to stay overnight, we assist you in finding a suitable hotel. A list of our preferred hotels with good conditions is enclosed to the bill. We do not give a guarantee on the price for rooms and do not take over fees for withdrawal.

Prices, services

Prices are in force as displayed in the price list that is in force at the time of your order. VAT is added to our pricings. Aside from the participation fee, fees for refreshments and drinks are included. Further costs are bore by the participant.

Terms of payment

The bill will be shipped after your written registration and is due for payment immediately without deduction.

Inhouse seminars

Seminars are held in suitable rooms of the purchaser. The purchaser provides all necessary equipment and catering. Further arrangements can be made.

Privacy

We save your name, function and address so we can inform you on further events. There is no transmission to a third party.

Final clause

The terms and conditons are part of the contract concluded with new-frame. If one determination is invalidated, the rest of the contract remains valid.
